Corporate Retreats, Team Building and Day Tours

We understand the business market and can offer the right MICE solution for your company.

Retreats, Day Tours, Team Building Programs, Leisure Adventure Activities or Wellness and Forest Therapy Leadership are all areas our expert team specialise in.

As thought leaders, trail blazers and game changers we also know the value of good storytelling. Let us become part of your brand story by designing innovative experiences to not only incentivise your staff but also to attract the industry’s finest to knock on your door and become part of your future.

We cater for groups from 20 to 200 with hotel, private residence accommodation or by creating Pop Up Wilderness Retreats (Glamping) in the Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven and Canberra. All our events and itineraries are individually tailored with authentic experiences to offer corporate groups maximum flexibility.

Activities can be curated to drive team building goals, focus on wellness or include leisure choices. We offer everything from seasonal foraging for mushrooms, truffles, native bush medicine to wine tasting, outdoor cooking, microbrewery and distillery tours and farm stays. Outdoor adventure experiences such as mountain biking, hiking and abseiling are also part of our portfolio.

We also offer our own signature Harvest Feast dinners and our Canoes, Champagne and Canapés escape.

We craft the perfect activity to compliment your bush luxury glamping experience and meet the needs of your group.

The Southern Highlands sits 500m above sea level on the great dividing range of NSW and offers an incredibly diverse landscape. Once the sea floor, the area is characterised by its sandstone escarpment walls with microclimate rainforests in the southeast and native scrub dry sclerophyll forests in the northwest. Explore hiking trails, taste bush foods, swim in waterfalls, cycle through vast forests or take in the view from above. The Shoalhaven offers complimentary coastal bush luxury camping sites as well as several key locations in picturesque Kangaroo Valley. We also operate in the Australia Capital Territory with a vast network of key locations to offer a diverse range of outdoor terrain options. We can manage glamping retreats in private wilderness areas, vineyards or can find you the right private property.

Being halfway between Sydney and Canberra, the Southern Highlands is also the perfect region for a day trip. This picturesque part of NSW offers a vast array of unique Australian wilderness and wildlife experiences, a booming agri-tourism industry for award winning cellar door, farm stay or paddock to plate culinary options. We operate day tours to the region with transfers to and from Sydney or Canberra under Wild Food Adventures.

We understand the cultural and religious nuances that need to be observed, the vital role of bilingual guides and the impact on creating the right experience for the right group from our catalogue of options. Get in touch and let us show you this incredible region through a bespoke event or experience made for your traveller. Our team work with several highly respected agency partners.  Together we can build the perfect combination of experiences to create memorable moments for your international business guests as well.

The Southern Highlands know locally as the Wingecarribee shire, is environmentally unique. It consists of warm temperate rainforests, tall woodland communities, sprawling farmland, award-winning vineyards, spectacular sandstone gorges and wild rivers. Associated with this complex geography is a biodiversity of flora and fauna not often seen in the one location. In short, the region is magical and together we can build an itinerary that those attending, will never forget.
