Our Mushroom Tours are back on Saturday and Sunday’s during the Autumn 2021 season.

Learn about local mushroom species – Slippery Jacks and Saffron Milk Caps – and receive our take home guide. After you harvest your mushrooms enjoy a cook up in the forest where you learn how to cook as well as taste our pine mushroom species with fresh local sour dough, make new friends, warm up with piping hot coffee and this year we are adding in cool climate wine tastings as well to showcase some of the great local pinots in our region. Its a wonderful day out.

Self-Drive meeting our local forager at the Penrose State Forest, Southern Highlands at 10.00am and finishing by 1pm.

Groups will between 10 – 24 guests
Please bring own water bottle, warm jacket, camera and container to take home any extras mushrooms

We also have a special event for Mothers Day on Sunday 9 May – 10 of our guests will be able to book and enjoy a 3 hour cooking class with Stefano Marvello after their mushroom forage. Tickets are $195 pp and you book Sun 9 May here
